Does ConvertXtoDVD just convert the movie file to DVD format, or will it burn the movie onto a DVD-R disc too?

I was just wondering, before I download this program.
I need something that can burn my movie to a DVD also.

I heard this program was better than the others, since a lot of my movies tend to be over 120 minutes, and this thing can make it fit onto a 2-hour DVD-R.
